What is Trilogy Run Asia

Trilogy Run Asia is a one-of-a-kind running series that challenges you with three races in every host city annually, each offering greater distances, culminating to an epic national finals.

Trilogy Run Asia has strategically designed its distances, guiding participants from 5k to 42k races. This approach ensures that runners remain injury-free and enjoy every step of their journey.

What are the race categories?

How much are the registration fees?

Is there an age limit to register?

For 42KM, 32KM, 21KM, and 16KM participants must be 18 years and above
For 10KM, participants must be 16 years and above
For 5KM, participants must be 13 years old and above. Kids 12 years old and below will be allowed to run provided he or she is accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Participants below the age of 18 must seek their parental/guardian consent and fill up the entry form where the parent/guardian is required to sign.

How can I register?

All participants need to register online in just four easy steps.

Visit the Trilogy Run Asia website: www.trilogyrunasia.com. From homepage or menu, select your country of destination and city. Upon selecting your city and leg, you will be redirected to the Race Roster site.
From the Race Roster, register and choose your preferred mode of payment.
Third, fill out the form by choosing the race category, shirt sizes and provide complete info needed. Pay online via Gcash or Credit Card or Bank Transfer.
Once the registration fee is paid, participants will be receiving a confirmation email with a summary of information and payment fee from Trilogy Run Asia with an email address of [email protected]. Please check your inbox, promotions folder and spam folder for the confirmation.

When is the registration period?

The online registration for all cities and legs will start on December 20, 2025. Deadline for registration will vary per leg and city. You may refer to the registration website of the city for the complete details.

Is the online registration system secure?

Yes. We use a security system consistent with the banking industry standards of the Philippines.

Where are the venues for Trilogy Run Asia 2026?

Trilogy Run Asia will be held in Pasay, Cebu, Iloilo, Cagayan de Oro, and Davao. Exact venues are indicated on each city’s registration website. Please follow the registration steps to access the registration website.

Can I run in multiple cities?

Certainly! One of the objectives of the expansion of Trilogy Run Asia is to boost local tourism by encouraging runners to complete the series in various cities across the Philippines. For instance, you can participate in Leg 1 in Manila, Leg 2 in Baguio, and Leg 3 in Cebu. However, it’s important to note that bundle registration is restricted to a single city. Therefore, if you intend to participate in different cities, please register separately for each leg and city.

Can I complete the series multiple times in different cities?

Absolutely! Completing the three legs multiple times and in multiple cities is allowed and commendable. If you finish three legs in one city and proceed to complete the series in another, we have a special medal for your achievement. Participants who successfully completed the Trilogy more than once in a single year will be honored with a distinguished medal, a testament to their exceptional commitment and dedication. This special medal will be given to you upon completing the series at the National Finals.

What will I get if I register?

What will I get if I register? All participants will receive race kits inclusive of race singlet and race bib with timing chip. Finisher’s entitlements are medal, lootbag, and finisher’s shirt. Please note that only finishers of the 16KM, 21KM, 32KM, and 42KM are entitled to a finisher’s shirt.

Will there be on-site registration?

We will keep you informed of any updates & announcements on our social media pages should onsite registration be available.

How to qualify for the National Finals?

We’ve set specific prerequisites solely for the 42KM category in the National Finals. To qualify for the full marathon, runners need to complete the 16KM in Leg 1, 21KM in Leg 2, and 32KM in Leg 3, regardless of host city. Meanwhile, for the 10KM and 21KM categories in the National Finals, everyone is welcome. Trilogy Run Asia values commitment and progress, and we’re excited to have all our runners come together for this big event!

I already registered but I decided not to do the run anymore, can I have a refund?

No, registration is non-transferable and non-refundable as stated in our Terms and Conditions agreed prior registration confirmation.

Mode of Payment

What are the modes of payment?

Upon online registration, participants can choose to either pay by GCash, Credit Card and thru Bank Transfer. A payment instruction will be provided to the participants as a guide.

Do you accept cash payments?

No, payment will be via GCash, Credit Card and Bank Transfer only.

Confirmation Email

How will I get confirmation after a successful registration?

Once the registration fee is paid, participants will be receiving a confirmation email with a summary of information and payment fee from Trilogy Run Asia with an email address of [email protected]. Please check your inbox, promotions folder and spam folder for the confirmation.

What will I do if I didn’t get a confirmation email?

Participants may contact us via email at [email protected] or via the Trilogy Run Asia Facebook Messenger. Our Customer Service is available to respond to queries and assist you from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM on weekdays, and limited time on weekends.

Delivery and Claiming of Kits

How can I claim my race kit?

For your convenience, we recommend selecting the delivery option.

If you prefer onsite claiming, the designated venues and claiming period will be announced on the Trilogy Run Asia Facebook page typically at least 3 days before the scheduled claiming period. Stay tuned for announcements. Participants claiming their kits onsite must present the confirmation email along with a valid ID for verification.

Can someone else claim my race kit on my behalf?

Yes, as long as the person claiming the race kit has a copy of the confirmation email, a copy of the registrant’s valid ID, and an authorization letter to be validated by the representative.

Can I change the size of my shirt after registration and confirmation?

Unfortunately, changing shirt sizes is not permitted after the registration form has been submitted. Participants are advised to refer to the race shirt size chart on the online registration site before confirming their selection.

Race Event

Will there be winners?

Top 3 finishers, both male and female, per race category will be recognized as winners. Additionally, we’ll have age group winners for both genders. Please refer to the race mechanics for the complete details on the winners and awards.

Will the run time per runner be tracked?

Yes, the run time of all runners will be tracked using our timing system so make sure you’re properly wearing your race bib during the race.

Is it required to wear the singlet during the race?

While we highly recommend wearing the official singlet because it’s going to be definitely cool, it’s not obligatory for participation. However, wearing of the race bib is required throughout the race.

Are there freebies on the day of the race?

Yes. There will be giveaways/freebies on the race event day.

How can I claim my finisher's entitlements?

To claim the finisher’s entitlements, participants may present the race bib at the redemption booth within the race village.

Will there be baggage counters and changing areas?

Absolutely, we will provide baggage counters and designated changing tents at the Race Village.

Will there be available portalets on the race day?

Yes. There will be portalets inside the Race Village.

Will there be road closures and parking facilities at the start and finish line?

Yes. Parts of the race route on the event day will be closed. Please refer to the official road advisory in the official race and LGU traffic advisories that will be deployed prior to the race for specific road closure timings.
